About 5% of the worldwide population are “prisoners” of their medication, because their medication must be maintained at a temperature between 2 and 8°C at all times. To these people, LifeinaBox gives the freedom to travel anywhere, anytime, with the peace of mind of knowing that their life-saving medication is kept at exactly the right temperature.

Connected to a Smartphone application, available in iOS and Android, LifeinaBox is an essential tool for the better management of medication schedules, as well as the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes. The Lifeina app not only follows the temperature of the medications in real time.

Warranty & Returns

We guarantee all LIfeInA products for one year from the date of purchase by the customer. During this period, Lifeina assures free repair of internal faults or manufacturing errors. Unfortunately, our guarantee does not cover damage caused by dropping or impacts, faulty handling or the intervention of a third party, natural disasters or by water.

Return costs will be covered by the customer and refunded by us should a manufacturing fault be found.

Disclaimer

All the Lifeina products are tested to the strictest international standards. However, temperature control depends on external factors such as ambient temperature, ambient humidity, how many times the product is opened, etc. As such, the responsibility for ensuring that the medication is stored at the correct temperature is solely that of the user and Lifeina cannot be held responsible for any variation in temperature. Always keep your Lifeina product closed unless you need to access your medications. If you are using frozen gel packs, please ensure that your medication is not in direct contact with the frozen gel packs. It is advisable to travel with a copy of your prescription and a letter from your doctor with the details of your medication (including its generic name and the name of the condition for which you are using medication). This will avoid any problems at customs and will be useful if you need medical help while you are away. It may be useful to have the information translated into the language of the country you are visiting. Always seek advice from the airline you are travelling with regarding travel with isothermal medical bags or cooling devices. The equipment and medications shown in the photos are indicative only.

Excellent service from Wings Medical. Fast delivery and prompt helpful response to email queries. I have had the Lifeinabox for 5 months now and it is a fantastic gadget for anyone who needs to keep or travel with medication which needs to be kept between 2 and 8 degrees. It is easy to use; has a good capacity; and I have found both the web and mobile app for checking temperature and battery work well.

Excellent solution

From the unpacking experience to the first use this product has convinced me. Finally a solution for all of us that need to keep their medicine cooled. It's freedom to travel, freedom to live! No more worries and painstaking planning, just grab your Lifeinabox and take off. What a wonderful idea, perfectly executed with a great design. Why did this not exist since years? Kudos to the people that came up with this. They improved my quality of life.

Great service, super fast delivery.

Wish it had a 12 hour battery instead of 6 hours, maybe that will come in the next version. But really great because I can fit 8 insulin pens inside!

Great

This is ideal for keeping medications cool when on a long journey. The app is very basic but gives you the battery life left and the temperature within so you are reassured that your meds are ok to use.

-A bit noisy when plugged in
-Not the biggest storage (make sure you medicine will fit)
-Can’t turn off bright logo when power plugged in and battery turned off.
-Settings are not clear, no titles on buttons. Commands as double press and single press. Requires reading of instruction manual paper.

Overall I’m satisfied with the product and I highly recommend it! There is room for improvement but it’s great for being such a new company.
